This post was written back when we were still known as Faces in Focus Photography. Click on the links above to see our most recent examples of work.
It was the first warm week of the year. It began with warm sunny days, light breezes, and an air of relaxation as the final signs of winter dissipated.
The wedding day was no different. Crystal was all smiles that morning, excited that today would be the beginning of a new and amazing journey. She laughed and smiled, while still keeping a light touch on everything that would need to be done to make the day go smoothly. As the sun got higher, Crystal's smile got bigger, and she quickly melted into the part of the perfect, beautiful bride.
Izaac saw her for the very first time as she walked with her father toward him down the aisle of the Kingdom Hall. He stood alone at the front, knowing that all he needed was her to be complete. A final kiss to her father, and thus began forever.
Crystal and Izaac - We love you guys! We walk away from this wedding, so happy to have gained two wonderful friends. You two are a constant reminder of WHY we love what we do. I hope your honeymoon in the Dominican was the perfect start to your forever, and we wish you many many years of happiness!
Ariana & Brian
Brian is so excited to premiere our first Faces in Focus Film of 2012...
The ceremony began at the new Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Graham.
The flower girl and ring bearer were SOOOO cute! Like want to pinch their cheeks, cute. Gah!
Goodness Izaac - turn down the smoulder!
All of the family met up at the The Alamance County Arts Council for formals, and then we spent some time in the garden.
You guys are fierce in every possible way!
With permission, we snuck into the Graham Public Library and got some photos in the Home Decor aisle - greatest idea! I love when my clients are willing to try fun random things!
We headed to The Palladium in Burlington for the reception. Many thanks to the owners, Stefen & Kavonne (and friends/family of course), for their hard work in setting up the reception decor. They did an amazing job!
I'm ending this post with my two favorite photos. This photo, taken in front of the Alamance County Courthouse, is the perfect image of their love.
And this one. This is literally the very LAST image on my card, the final photo of the night. They were tired, but happy. And I took this photo, completely unposed. Just the two of them together. My favorite photo of the night.
Thank you for reading! Have a great Wednesday!
