A Heart Full of Love

Its 2013 - can you believe it?! 2012 has seriously flown by and it's crazy! And THIS will be my first post of 2013, whoop whoop!

If you've been reading this blog long enough, I'm SURE I've mentioned my intense love affair with all things Broadway. The kind of love that involves listening to songs so often that I learn every word and know every character as if they were my best friend or worst enemy. The kind of love that bubbles forth while I sing in the shower, the kitchen, the office, the car, and pretty much everywhere.

So when I went to Seattle back in June, my uncle (who also holds a special place in his heart for musicals) told me the most amazing news EVER. Les Miserables, the saddest, most epic musical I had ever listened to in my life, was coming to THEATERS!!!!!!

I think I died. Like right then and there. Because this was only the greatest news ever. And last Tuesday I met up with my darling friends Kim & Wally to see it. And I cried. For like three HOURS straight. I cried from immense sadness and from unexplained happiness. It was beautiful. It was sad. It was moving. It was everything. I haven't personally seen very many musicals that tell such a deep and emotional story. The characters sang about mercy, forgiveness, kindness, and love. They sang about freedom, sadness, death, and dreams that never came true.

It was so many things in one, I can't even stop talking about it! I've been listening to the songs nonstop since Tuesday and still haven't tired of it. If you haven't seen it, you should! Anne Hathaway's version of I Dreamed a Dream will guarantee tears, but Marius unexpected and whole hearted love for Cosette will leave you smiling. It's epic.

Whew. Now that I got all of that out... ha!

Brian & I are making some serious changes. I've mentioned this once or twice before, but as 2013 comes closer, so does the reveal date! We are getting soooo excited to reveal things to our fans, and followers. It promises a new beginning, and a guaranteed promise for the future. As the two of us have grown in our photography and our cinematography, we know that it's time we show you everything we believe and represent.

You guys are amazing! Thank you for keeping us in love with what we do!
