my villain origin story kicked off in 2021

Well, if I'm being honest, it probably started a whole lot sooner than that. Here's the tale. In 2021, I posted my first TikTok, lamenting over how my role as a project manager had expanded to include actual management of people 😅. I ALSO revealed where I had spent so much of time in the years prior - building workflows, automating contracts - you know, the "boring" stuff.

EVERYONE told me I was in the wrong job. They said I sounded like an operations manager. So I made it my ENTIRE personality, because they had suddenly pinpointed a consistent theme that had arisen in every job and business I'd been in.

Whether I was a wedding photographer or admin assistant, I'd always looked for patterns. I'd find ways to be organized and efficient, then share what I knew with others. I found myself on stages, and in rooms talking about the systems behind every type of business, and helping others see that true empowerment came from organization and data.

And even when my job title had nothing to do with operations, I always had the same things to say - build a plan, optimize your systems, analyze the results, repeat. When I got divorced, had to close my 9 year wedding photography business and switch careers, I told myself the same thing:

Here we are in 2024, and I'm a Certified Director of Operations with a growing 6 figure business. I work daily with other 6 and 7 figure companies using the same framework, and helping empower women leaders and entrepreneurs. I make realistic strategic plans that eliminate misaligned goals. I oversee the implementation of software and workflows until your business can operate without you. And then I make dashboards out of all those unsexy things and give you the data and foundation to do WHATEVER you envision.
